Pricing questions
Is pricing per user or per org?
Per org. Governance is an org-level concern - charging per seat would punish you for having more users to govern. Sandbox policies are noted per plan.
Is there a free trial?
Early access effectively is the trial: you get the full product in your sandbox with guided onboarding before committing to anything. A self-serve trial will accompany the AppExchange listing at general availability.
What Salesforce editions are supported?
Enterprise Edition and above (ControlLayer relies on platform capabilities - Apex, scheduled jobs, and hierarchy custom settings - available from Enterprise Edition up).
What happens to our org if we cancel?
ControlLayer is designed to wind down safely: existing windows close out, enforcement is fully restored, and your audit history remains readable. It never leaves your automations silently disabled - that guarantee is core to the product's design.
